to strengthen brand identity

01 About
This project was developed in collaboration with Genezis, Bulgaria’s leading gym clothing retailer, to address the growing issue of sedentary lifestyles and information overload about fitness online. The goal was to design a workout mobile application that inspires users to get active, provides clear guidance for both beginners and experienced gym-goers, and helps them track their progress.

The design process focused on understanding the struggles of Genezis’ audience — from finding trustworthy workout plans to staying consistent — and turning these insights into a user-friendly, gamified tool that motivates people to move more and unlock their full fitness potential.
02 Problem and solution
Genezis aims to tackle Bulgaria’s low levels of physical activity by inspiring people to work out more regularly. While the brand sells gym clothing, it seeks new ways to fulfill its mission and engage users beyond retail.
The solution was to design a user-friendly, gamified workout mobile app in Bulgarian that organizes reliable fitness information, provides clear workout plans with video and text guidance, enables easy progress tracking, and motivates users to stay consistent. Beyond helping users, the app strengthens Genezis’ connection with its audience and drives more leads to the website, turning inspiration into both healthier lifestyles and increased brand engagement.
03 Outcomes
Increased website traffic by rewarding physical activity with discount codes. This incentive was tested with users over a two-month period, resulting in steadily growing engagement and a noticeable rise in website visits and customer interactions.
